Iran Accuses Trump of Breaking Ceasefire! Peace Deal Collapses Within 24 Hours

The hope for peace in West Asia has been short-lived as Iran accused US President Donald Trump of violating the terms of the ceasefire within just 24 hours of its announcement. Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf stated that out of the ten proposed conditions for peace, three have already been breached by the US and its ally, Israel.

The primary grievance is the devastating Israeli airstrike on Lebanon, where 100 missiles were launched in just 10 minutes, killing 254 people and injuring over 800. Iran also claimed that a suspicious drone entered its airspace in Fars province and its nuclear rights were ignored. In retaliation, Tehran has once again blocked the strategic Strait of Hormuz, halting global oil transit. Iran’s 10-point demand includes the total removal of sanctions, withdrawal of US troops from the region, and compensation for war damages. This sudden escalation puts the upcoming diplomatic talks in jeopardy, pushing the region back into a state of high-intensity conflict.
