Originally titled ‘Negative,’ the film was renamed ‘Chhabiwala’ to honor Rahul’s legacy. Coincidentally, the plot revolves around an undervalued photographer named Vishwakarma, played by Rahul, whose talent is recognized only after his tragic end. The haunting parallel between the film’s climax—where his character drowns—and the actor’s sudden departure has left the cast and crew devastated.
