Yuva Sathi Scheme 2026; Money Being Credited in Batches! Check if You are Eligible for ₹1500 Monthly Allowance

The West Bengal government has officially commenced the disbursement of funds under the ‘Yuva Sathi Scheme 2026’, providing a monthly stipend of ₹1500 to the state’s unemployed youth. Aimed at individuals between 21 and 40 years of age, reports from various districts confirm that the allowance is being credited directly into bank accounts in scheduled batches.
Data suggests that those who applied online are witnessing faster processing as their information was pre-synced with the portal. For offline applicants, the verification might take slightly longer due to manual data entry. Interestingly, early applicants who missed ‘Self Attesting’ their documents are also receiving payments, indicating a flexible verification approach by the authorities.
The funds are being transferred via the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode. Consequently, it is crucial for applicants to ensure their bank accounts are Aadhaar-linked and KYC-compliant. District-level officers are strictly verifying employment status, educational credentials, and ID proofs before approving the payouts. If your application is approved and you haven’t received the funds yet, ensure your DBT service is active at your respective bank branch.
