Sharing her memories, Rituparna revealed that she grew up watching her mother and grandmother perform grand Pujas. Following her mother’s heartfelt advice, she makes it a point to recite the sacred Laxmi Panchali herself every year. Delicacies like luchi, suji, fruits, and homemade sweets were offered to the deity. Alongside her personal celebrations, Rituparna also attended the historic Laxmi Puja at legend Uttam Kumar’s ancestral house, where notable figures including Suvendu Adhikari were present.
