Tollywood Revolts After Rahul’s Death! Ambarish Bhattacharya Quits Magic Moments Motion Pictures Forever

The untimely death of actor Rahul Arunoday Banerjee during an outdoor shoot in Talsari has sparked a massive outcry in the Bengali television industry. In a bold act of protest, prominent actor Ambarish Bhattacharya has permanently severed ties with the production house ‘Magic Moments Motion Pictures.’ Ambarish, who shared a close bond and a makeup room with Rahul, announced on Tuesday that he would no longer work with Leena Gangopadhyay and Saibal Banerjee’s firm, prioritizing his conscience over financial gains.

Ambarish expressed deep resentment over the contradictory statements issued by the production house regarding the drowning incident. “We are looking for the truth, but they are busy shifting blame onto the victim,” he stated. Following a meeting of Tollywood artists, a collective decision has been made to boycott the production house until a full disclosure and acceptance of responsibility regarding Rahul’s death is made. The actor also pointed out the lack of basic medical safety and proper permissions during shoots. Megastar Prosenjit Chatterjee has also reportedly supported Ambarish’s stance against the compromise of artists’ security.
