Massive ‘Ghar Wapsi’ in Chhattisgarh! 610 People Revert to Sanatan Dharma on Ram Navami

In a significant spiritual event, around 610 individuals reverted to Sanatan Dharma in the Shakti district of Chhattisgarh during the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami and Chaitra Navratri. Led by BJP leader and head of the Akhil Bharatiya Ghar Wapsi Abhiyan, Prabal Pratap Singh Judev, the ceremony saw emotional moments as he personally washed the feet of the returnees to welcome them back into the Hindu fold.

The grand event took place at the Shri Siddha Hanuman Temple in Shakti. Accompanied by Vedic chants and holy fire rituals (Yagna), the “Ghar Wapsi” was conducted under the supervision of Dharma Jagran Samanvay. Most of those returning belonged to tribal communities who had previously converted to Christianity. Many families expressed their joy, stating, “We had lost our way, but returning to our roots has given us true spiritual peace.”

Prabal Pratap Singh Judev emphasized that this mission is a continuation of the legacy left by his father, the late Dilip Singh Judev. He stated, “This is not just a ceremony but a symbol of the greatness and inclusivity of Sanatan Dharma.” Judev also called for stricter laws against forced conversions, asserting that the campaign would continue until everyone finds their way back to their original identity. The local community has hailed the move as a victory for social harmony and cultural awakening.
