Mamata’s Marathon Campaign Today, From North 24 Parganas to Medinipur, Didi on Full Swing

As the election heat intensifies in West Bengal, Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee is leaving no stone unturned to secure her party’s stronghold. On Friday, the Chief Minister is scheduled to lead a high-octane campaign trail covering multiple constituencies across two major districts.

Her day begins in Swarupnagar, North 24 Parganas, where she will address a public meeting at the Tetulia High School ground in support of candidate Bina Mondal. Following this, she will head to Basirhat North to campaign for Mohammed Tausifur Rahman. The North 24 Parganas leg of her tour will conclude in Barasat, where she will advocate for the party’s candidates from Barasat, Madhyamgram, and Deganga.

In a power-packed transition, Mamata Banerjee will then fly to West Midnapore. There, she is slated to lead a massive ‘Padyatra’ (foot march) alongside Medinipur candidate Sujoy Hazra. Political analysts view this aggressive campaigning strategy as a move to consolidate rural and suburban votes simultaneously. With back-to-back rallies, the TMC chief continues to be the primary face of the party’s outreach program.
