On Tuesday morning, she offered prayers at the iconic Kalighat Temple, sparking intense political speculation. As the state gears up for a crucial battle, her sudden appearance in the ‘City of Joy’ has left everyone guessing about her role in the upcoming polls.

Looking elegant in a light pink saree with a traditional touch, Kangana performed rituals at both the Maa Kali and Nakuleshwar Bhairav temples. Speaking to the media, the self-proclaimed ‘worshiper of Shakti’ stated, “I came here at the Mother’s call. I prayed for the welfare of the nation and specifically for the daughters of Bengal to get justice and protection.”

While she openly rooted for the BJP’s success in the elections, Kangana remained tight-lipped about whether she would hit the campaign trail for specific candidates.
