The announcement comes on the heels of impressive financial results, with TCS reporting a 12.13% growth in annual profit, reaching ₹13,784 crore in the final quarter of FY 2024-25.
According to the management, a steady pipeline of projects and a rising demand for digital transformation are the key drivers behind this recruitment push.
