PM Modi’s War Room Strategy! High-Level Meet Held to Shield Indians from Iran-Israel Conflict

As the conflict between Iran, Israel, and the USA escalates, Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a crucial meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) on Sunday, March 22. With India already witnessing signs of an LPG shortage due to the West Asian crisis, the PM delivered a stern message: “The impact of war must not reach the common citizens.” The meeting was attended by Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, and External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar.
The committee discussed a two-pronged strategy—short-term and long-term—to maintain the supply of essential commodities. To prevent a power crisis, the government has decided to stockpile coal at power plants. Directives were also issued to ensure an uninterrupted supply of medicines, chemicals, and fertilizers to prevent any potential food or health crisis. India is actively diversifying its import routes, sourcing oil and gas from over 40 countries to mitigate risks.
Posting on X, PM Modi emphasized that the government is exploring new export markets and alternative import routes for critical sectors. “We are committed to protecting our citizens from the ripples of the West Asian conflict,” he stated. With an LPG ship from the US already docking at Mangalore and Russian oil being diverted to Indian ports, the government is working on a war footing to stabilize the economy against global volatility.
