The Prime Minister accused certain elements of spreading “unnecessary fear” to fulfill their personal and political agendas. “Those creating panic are not just exposing themselves but are actively harming the nation,” PM Modi stated, urging state governments to crack down heavily on hoarders and middlemen. He highlighted that he is in constant dialogue with global leaders to ensure uninterrupted supply lines. Drawing parallels to India’s resilient handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine war, the PM reassured citizens that the government would shield them from global price shocks. He concluded by stating that the world looks to India with hope, and the nation remains steadfast on its path toward becoming a developed superpower, undeterred by temporary geopolitical challenges.
