Modi alleged that the ruling party in Bengal blocks schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) simply because the titles contain the initials “PM.” “The egoistic TMC despises the word ‘PM’ and insults the Constitution by either renaming central projects or stalling them entirely,” he stated, citing PM Awas Yojana and Ayushman Bharat as prime examples of this “politics of hatred.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Closing his speech, the Prime Minister offered six major ‘guarantees’ to the people of Bengal. He promised to restore trust in the administration, reopen files on crimes against women, and ensure that corrupt officials land in jail.
