In its place, the channel is set to launch its new venture, \u2018Sangsaraer Sankirtan,\u2019 starting from the 13th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new serial marks the much-anticipated return of Manali De and Sabyasachi Chowdhury as the lead pair. They will be supported by legendary actors Paran Bandyopadhyay and Subhashish Mukhopadhyay. Ironically, Manali, who rose to fame with Leena Gangopadhyay\u2019s scripts, is now filling the slot vacated by Leena\u2019s production due to the ongoing legal investigation. With Zee Bangla\u2019s \u2018Kone Dekha Alo\u2019 and \u2018Anandi\u2019 dominating the late-night slot, Star Jalsha is pinning its hopes on Manali\u2019s popularity to reclaim the ratings.
