A total budget of \u20b912.30 crore has been approved for the financial year 2025-26, with the first installment of \u20b96.15 crore already disbursed to kickstart the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to official reports released on Friday, March 27, 2026, three of these modern hostels will be constructed in Firozabad, while Jaunpur, Sultanpur, and Hathras will each get one hostel. These campuses are being designed as comprehensive &#8220;Learning Hubs&#8221; rather than mere residential spaces. They will feature furnished rooms, modern mess facilities, recreational zones, well-equipped libraries, and dedicated guard rooms for 24\/7 security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The move aims to provide high-quality, free accommodation to SC students hailing from remote and economically weaker backgrounds, ensuring they have a conducive environment for higher studies.
