A wave of shock and panic swept through the premises of SSKM Hospital on Friday morning after a staff member’s body was discovered in a room on the fourth floor of the Gastroenterology department’s outdoor building. According to preliminary reports, the tragedy unfolded just before the outdoor services were scheduled to begin. The room in question contained three patient beds, but fortunately, no patients were inside at the time of the incident.
