AWPO will facilitate the selection of 16 candidates who will bring their discipline, extensive experience, and professional expertise to railway operations. These personnel will ensure safe train transit by strictly adhering to the Station Working Rules (SWR) and General and Subsidiary Rules (G&amp;SR). Their primary responsibility will involve managing track points, ensuring that safety protocols are maintained at the ground level, which is a cornerstone of passenger safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The appointments will be on a temporary basis for one year or until regular recruitment is completed through the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC).
