The Bangladesh Cricket Board’s central annual contract was announced on Tuesday (March 11). 22 cricketers of the Tigers have got a chance in this list. Most of the cricketers participated in the 2025 Champions Trophy.

This central annual contract of the Bangladesh Cricket Board is basically divided into five categories.

Of these, only fast bowler Taskin Ahmed has been kept in the A Plus category. Only Taskin Ahmed is in the A Plus category. Last year, Taskin played only limited-overs cricket. Then it was decided to keep him in this category.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh cricket team all-rounder Mahmudullah has requested the board not to keep him in this central annual contract anymore. Therefore, he will not be on any contract from March 2025.

Besides, former team captain Mushfiqur Rahim announced on March 5 that he will retire from one-day cricket. And that is why he has been kept in Grade B. In his 18-year cricket career, he has played 239 ODI matches. He has 7,795 runs in his pocket. He has already scored 9 centuries and 49 half-centuries from his bat.
