But what happened was no less than a nightmare. Even after standing in a long queue, waiting for hours and paying a huge amount, neither did he meet Hrithik, nor did he get a photo. This incident has now become a topic of discussion on social media, where the anger and disappointment of the fans is clearly visible.

Hrithik Roshan recently attended an event in Dallas. The ticket for this event was priced up to Rs 1.2 lakh in Indian currency, which was sold as a VIP pass. Fans were expecting that in return for paying such a huge amount, they will get a chance to spend special moments with their favourite star. But the reality turned out to be something else. A fan shared his experience on social media and wrote, “Spent Rs 1.2 lakh, stood in line for two hours, but Hrithik was on stage for only 30 minutes. Neither did I get a photo nor did I talk to him. The mismanagement of the organisers was such that even Hrithik himself looked upset.”

The fan also told that the promise of VIP tickets remained limited to papers only. Neither could the star be contacted nor is there any possibility of refunding the ticket amount.

Rohan Mehta, a Mumbai-based film analyst, says, “Fans’ feelings should be respected in such events. Rs 1.2 lakh is not a small amount. If the promises are not fulfilled, it is like a betrayal.”

Another fan wrote on social media, “I like Hrithik a lot, but this event broke my heart. The organisers cheated us just to make money.” Some people even alleged that Hrithik’s presence was a mere formality, and they too had to become victims of the organisers’ negligence.

Questions on organisers
This incident has exposed the flaws of event management. Despite selling such expensive tickets, neither the time nor the convenience of the fans was taken care of. Priya Sharma, an event manager from Delhi, says, “Planning is the most important in the event of such big stars. If you cannot give the fans value for their money, it is a blow to both their feelings and pockets.”

Fans say that the organisers neither apologised nor talked about refund. This has further increased their anger.

Hrithik Roshan has not yet made any official statement on the matter. However, a video viral on social media shows him uncomfortable and in a hurry on stage. Some people believe that the star also had to face trouble due to the mistake of the organizers. A close source said, “Hrithik loves his fans very much. If he knew that his fans would be so upset, he would have done something himself.”
