Bollywood celebrities are increasingly investing in real estate, securing properties in India’s most expensive locations. From Amitabh Bachchan to Alia Bhatt, many stars have recently purchased high-end homes and commercial spaces. Now, Kajol has joined this elite list with a stunning real estate investment.

Kajol has purchased a luxurious commercial property in Mumbai’s prime area. The purchase, valued at a whopping ₹28.78 crore, has become a hot topic in the industry. According to real estate documents from IndexTap, she has acquired a commercial retail space in Goregaon West, which includes five parking spots. The deal was finalized on March 6, 2025, and she paid ₹1.72 crore in stamp duty.

This is not Kajol’s first real estate investment. In 2023, she bought an office space worth ₹7.64 crore in Mumbai’s Oshiwara area, home to many Bollywood production houses. Meanwhile, her husband, Ajay Devgn, has also been making significant property investments, purchasing five office spaces worth over ₹45 crore.
