Leader of the Opposition, Suvendu Adhikari, has launched a blistering attack on CM Mamata Banerjee following the violent outbreaks in Malda’s Kaliachak and Mothabari. Citing a complete failure of the state machinery, Adhikari has formally demanded the imposition of Article 355 in West Bengal.
