Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan, known as ‘Gabbar’, is once again in the news. After recently speaking about his relationship with Sophie Shine, he is now making headlines for a significant property purchase. The former national cricketer has reportedly bought a state-of-the-art luxury flat in Gurugram.

According to CRE Matrix data, Shikhar Dhawan has acquired an apartment in DLF’s super-luxury residential project, ‘The Dahlias’, in Gurugram. This eye-catching property is valued at ₹65.61 crore, with an associated stamp duty of ₹3.28 crore, bringing the total cost of the flat to approximately ₹69 crore. The real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix further reports that the property was registered on February 4th of this year. Dhawan’s new apartment spans a vast area of 6,040 square feet.

Shikhar Dhawan retired from all forms of cricket last year and has since been enjoying his retirement. While he remains quite active on social media, glimpses of his new luxury flat have not yet appeared on his profiles.
