CMS Shines in ICSE-ISC Exams, Students Smash Previous Records

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) announced the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) board results on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Students from Lucknow’s City Montessori School (CMS) have outdone themselves, shattering all previous records and setting a new benchmark. In the ISC exams, eight students scored an astounding 99.75%, bringing glory to Lucknow, while two students in the ICSE exams achieved 99.60%. “This triumph reflects our students’ relentless dedication,” said a CMS teacher, beaming with pride.
This year, CMS students claimed 43 All-India First, Second, and Third ranks. The ISC toppers, scoring 99.75%, include Vedika Vats, Tvesha Garg, Samarth Dwivedi, Pranav Suri, Ashish Shukla, Shreya Verma, Gaurika Luthra, and Arushi Singh Chauhan. In ICSE, Adya Chauhan and Palak Rai secured 99.60%. Additionally, 46 students in Class 12 and 26 in Class 10 scored above 99%. Of the 6,856 CMS students who appeared for the exams, 3,920 (57.2%) secured over 90%, and 1,555 (22.7%) surpassed 95%, underscoring the school’s academic excellence.
Rishi Khanna, CMS Head of Communications, announced, “On May 1, we will honor 3,920 meritorious students who scored between 90% and 99.75% at a grand ‘Felicitation Ceremony’ at the CMS Gomti Nagar Extension Campus auditorium.” This remarkable performance cements CMS’s reputation as one of Lucknow’s premier institutions. The success, driven by students’ hard work and teachers’ unwavering support, serves as an inspiration for future generations, proving that dedication can yield extraordinary results.
