ISIS Chief Eliminated in Missile Strike

Washington: In a joint operation with Iraqi security forces, the United States successfully eliminated ISIS leader Abdullah Makki Muslih Al-Rifai, also known as Abu Khadijah. The targeted strike took place on Thursday after extensive surveillance by American intelligence, with support from Iraqi agencies. A missile attack from the air struck the location, killing Abu Khadijah and another ISIS militant.
Abu Khadijah was responsible for overseeing ISIS’s financial management, logistics, and strategic operations. His death is seen as a significant blow to the terrorist organization. Shortly after the mission, the U.S. Central Command released video footage of the strike. A U.S. military official stated, “Anyone who poses a threat to the United States will be eliminated.” Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani also praised the operation, calling Abu Khadijah “one of the world’s most dangerous terrorists.”
