In a shocking incident in the Shahpur area of Gorakhpur, a woman has been accused of forcing her maid into a sexual encounter with her husband in exchange for land. The case has stunned the local police and raised serious concerns. The victim, a resident of Kushinagar, had been working as a maid in the home of Brijpal Singh and his wife, Sonia. Initially, the victim had been offered a salary of ₹10,000 per month to cook and clean for the family. However, things took a dark turn when Sonia Singh, desperate for a child, proposed that the maid sleep with her husband in exchange for land in Ajmer.

Despite her refusal, Sonia became aggressive and forcibly made the maid comply. The victim was then subjected to repeated abuse, with Sonia threatening her and recording videos to blackmail her. She was held captive for several days, during which time her husband raped her. Finally, the victim managed to escape and reported the crime to the police.

The police have launched an investigation and offered a reward of ₹10,000 for information leading to the arrest of the culprits, Brijpal Singh and his wife Sonia. The couple has since gone into hiding, but authorities believe their arrest will be imminent.
