Once again, reckless speeding in a Porsche claims 1 life and leaves 2 injured; the deadly car hits a scooter, crumples it against a tree in Chandigarh.

In Chandigarh, a scooter rider died after being hit by a Porsche. Two others were injured. The accident occurred on Monday night. Police reported that the Porsche was speeding recklessly from the wrong direction, breaking traffic rules. At the same time, two scooters were passing along the road. One scooter carried a young man, while the other had two women passengers.
The white Porsche, traveling at high speed, lost control and collided with the two scooters. In the collision, a 21-year-old youth fell off his scooter. One of his legs was severed in the accident, and he died on the spot. The two women on the other scooter were injured and are currently receiving treatment at a local hospital.
According to police sources, the Porsche was moving at an extremely high speed. After hitting the two scooters, it continued forward for some distance before crashing into an electric pole and a traffic signboard on the side of the road. Finally, it came to a stop after hitting a tree. The impact damaged the pole as well. One of the scooters was completely mangled in the collision. The front part of the Porsche and one of its front wheels were also damaged.
The police are investigating how the accident occurred. The driver of the deadly Porsche has already been arrested, and the vehicle has been seized. Preliminary investigations revealed that the car was registered under the name of an individual named Sanjeev, a resident of Sector 21 in Chandigarh. The police have filed charges against him for reckless driving and violating traffic safety regulations and have begun their investigation.
Last May, a similar incident involving a Porsche in Pune, Maharashtra, caused a nationwide uproar. On May 19 of that year, allegations surfaced that the driver had crushed two engineers to death. CCTV footage showed that the teenage driver, who was only 17 years old, was speeding at 200 kilometers per hour on a narrow road during the Pune accident.
