‘Modiji is my favourite actor’, Rajasthan Chief Minister said bluntly, ‘He accepted the truth’, sarcastic Congress

Narendra Modi is not an administrator or leader, he is actually an actor. The opposition camp has been sarcastic for a long time. Now, a Chief Minister from his own party has called Modi an actor. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma probably said bluntly, ‘Modiji is my favourite actor’. The opposition camp claims that we have been saying this for a long time.

The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards ceremony is being held in Jaipur this time. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma joined the interaction with journalists at the event on Sunday. There, a journalist asked him, ‘Who is your favourite actor?’, Bhajanlal Sharma immediately said, “Narendra Modiji.” That part of the interview is going viral on social media.

The opposition has also taken this remark of the Chief Minister as a tool and entered the event. Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasara says, “We have been saying for a long time that Modiji is not a leader but an actor.” Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera again says, “Bhajanlalji, you are right. But now Modiji is overacting a little sometimes.” AAP also joked about Bhajanlal’s comment. AAP’s official X handle said, “Modiji is the best actor of all time, no one else comes close to him, his party’s Chief Minister has also said that.”

It is significant that the Rajasthan Chief Minister has not clarified his comment. Nor has any other video been released by the BJP. However, a BJP spokesperson claimed, “Bhajanlal Sharma did not mean to call the Prime Minister an actor. He meant to call him a hero.”
