In the last 24 hours, snowfall and rain have been seen in Jammu region, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh. Along with this, there has also been freezing rain in Andaman and Nicobar Islands group, Assam and Kerala. While there is a severe heat condition in parts of Saurashtra and Kutch.

Talking about the capital Delhi, the temperature here has been recorded at 32.8 degrees Celsius, 4.4 degrees above normal, while the minimum temperature has been recorded at 13.5 degrees Celsius. The IMD has forecast light to moderate rain from March 13 to 15. Pollution levels are increasing due to the decrease in wind speed in Delhi. According to the CPCB, the air quality of the NCR has reached the medium to poor category. The AQI has been recorded at 208, due to which the air has once again started becoming toxic.

The heat is increasing in Uttar Pradesh. According to Skymet, there is a possibility of cloud cover and light rain in Aligarh, Agra, Mathura, Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Moradabad, Rampur, Bulandshahr, Hathras and Bahraich on March 14 and 15. The weather in western UP will continue to change.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of snowfall, rain in the higher areas of Himachal Pradesh and cloud cover and rain in some areas on Tuesday. Light snowfall is also likely in some areas on March 12. A yellow alert has been issued for wind, snowfall and rain at many places from March 13 to 15.

Haryana and Punjab may receive light rain on March 12. Rain is likely to intensify on March 13 and 14. The activation of Western Disturbances may damage the Rabi crop. However, an increase in temperature will also be seen during this period.

Talking about South India, Kerala may receive light rain on March 13 and 14, while the weather will remain dry in the rest of the parts. An extreme heat alert has been issued in Telangana, Hyderabad, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Heat waves can disturb people.
