One incident! Will India-Pakistan war be triggered by Jaishankar’s statement? Uproar in Islamabad

Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar recently said that if Pakistan (India-Pakistan) gives up its claim on their occupied Kashmir (PoK), then the dispute between the two countries due to this issue will be resolved. Jaishankar said this at an event in London last week.
Meanwhile, discussions are being held not only in India but also in Pakistan in the wake of his statement. Jaishankar’s statement in Pakistan is also being seen as a threat to attack India’s PoK. At the same time, many experts are also considering this reaction as a political statement. Pakistani journalist Arju Kazmi spoke to Pakistani political expert Qamar Cheema on this issue.
Will India-Pakistan war be triggered by Jaishankar’s statement?
Arju Kazmi, while talking to Qamar Cheema on her YouTube channel, said that Jaishankar is directly saying that Pakistan (India-Pakistan) should withdraw from Kashmir. Questioning Arju Cheema, he said that it seems that no foreign minister can make such a statement without the permission of his government. After this statement, it should be assumed that the Narendra Modi government has given any hint of attacking PoK.
“Jaishankar’s statement has no significance”: In response to Arju’s question, Cheema said, “This is probably not the government policy of India. I don’t think that tomorrow if India talks to Pakistan on Kashmir, India will say give PoK and the whole fight is over. It doesn’t seem like a serious matter. But the ruling BJP in India has certainly made it a political issue. Before Jaishankar, all the big faces of the Modi government like Rajnath Singh and Amit Shah have also said the same thing about PoK.”
Cheema also said, “The BJP has repeatedly used PoK in elections. But they have not included it in the election manifesto. I think Jaishankar has also done something similar.” He said, “Actually, the BJP wants to send a message to the people that they are a strong government that is talking about taking over PoK. This is also a part of this series.”
Cheema questions whether India will fight: Cheema said, “India can only capture Kashmir through war. Due to the mountains and rivers in Kashmir, fighting there is not easy. The Indian army is big. But Pakistan is also a big military power. In such a situation, the possibility of a big war cannot be ruled out. Although I do not think that India will want to go to war.”
Pakistani political commentator Cheema also said, “Pakistan has promised a thousand times to take Kashmir from India. I ask whether Pakistan can do it. There are claims on Kashmir from both sides but these are just words. I think Jaishankar would probably not have spoken like this. But when he was asked like this, he also answered in an excited manner.”
