‘India Must Stand United, Bharat Will Win!’ PM Modi’s Clarion Call Amid West Asia War

In the 132nd episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ broadcasted today, March 29, 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation with a sense of urgency and resilience. Highlighting the ongoing conflict in West Asia—which has now entered its second month—the Prime Minister emphasized that the “fierce war” in India’s extended neighborhood has created a formidable challenge for global stability and national interests.

“A month-long war is raging in our neighbourhood, presenting a difficult challenge for all of us,” the Prime Minister stated. He made a heartfelt appeal to the 140 crore citizens of India to remain united, asserting that collective resolve is the only way to overcome such international shocks. Taking a sharp dig at domestic critics, he noted, “Many are trying to play politics over this sensitive situation. But let me be clear—there is no room for partisan politics when the nation’s interests are at stake.”

PM Modi also flagged the escalating global energy crisis, noting that the disruption in the Strait of Hormuz is triggering a worldwide petrol and diesel shortage. However, he reassured that India is facing these challenges resolutely due to its strengthened global partnerships and the capabilities built over the last decade. He expressed deep gratitude to Gulf nations for safeguarding the 1 crore-strong Indian diaspora. Concluding his message, the PM urged citizens to disregard rumors and stay alert, reminding them that “When India fights as one, Bharat always wins.”
