‘If You Fear, You Die!’ Mamata Banerjee’s Explosive Speech at Red Road Eid Prayers.

Addressing the Eid-ul-Fitr gathering at Kolkata’s Red Road, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee launched a scathing verbal offensive against the BJP. Accompanied by Abhishek Banerjee, the CM declared that she would not allow PM Modi to snatch away the rights of the people. In a direct challenge, she stated, “Those who are afraid are already dead. I am not afraid of anyone.”
Labeling the BJP as a “party of thieves, dacoits, and goons,” she accused some “traitors” of playing into the saffron party’s hands for money. Highlighting the SIR issue, she confirmed moving to the Supreme Court for justice. Taking a dig at foreign diplomacy, she questioned why the BJP leaders hug ministers in Dubai but target Muslims in India. Despite the heavy rains in Kolkata, which she termed “Allah’s blessing,” the political atmosphere remained heated as she warned that anyone targeting Bengal would “go to hell.”
