“Hey Mota Bhai, People Will See Your Face and Cut Your Votes!” Mamata’s Fierce Attack on Amit Shah

The electoral battle in West Bengal has turned into a high-octane personal face-off between Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Speaking at a rally in Harirampur on Friday, the TMC supremo launched a scathing attack on Shah, calling him “Mota Bhai” (Big Brother) and predicting a massive electoral backlash. “No matter how much you conspire, remember, people will look at your face and cut your votes,” she declared.

Mamata redefined her famous slogan, promising a “Duranto Khela” (a fierce and relentless game) this election season. She urged voters to “reduce BJP to zero and make Bengal holy.” Raising the stakes, she warned the central leadership, “If you target Bengal, we will target Delhi in the coming days.”

Her comments come as a direct rebuttal to Amit Shah’s earlier statement in Bhawanipur, where he claimed that winning a single seat would trigger a regime change in the state. By mocking the Home Minister’s influence and questioning his “conspiracies,” Mamata Banerjee has set the tone for a volatile and aggressive campaign ahead of the first phase of polling.
