Fortunately, no casualties have been reported, though thick black smoke was visible as far as the Burj Al Arab.

Concurrently, Oman has reported tragic fatalities following drone crashes. According to the Oman News Agency, a drone crashed in the Al-Awahi industrial area of Sohar, killing two foreign nationals. A second drone also crashed in an open field, though that incident resulted in no casualties.
