Brutal Attack on Madhyamik Candidate! Student Beaten Behind Closed Doors for Defending Father

In a shocking incident reported from Baduria in Basirhat, a specially-abled Madhyamik candidate was allegedly held captive and brutally assaulted by an ISF leader. Despite sustaining multiple injuries and being hospitalized overnight, the “brave” student showed immense grit by taking his exam just hours after being discharged.
The Incident: The student, a resident of North Sherpur and son of a TMC Panchayat member, was walking past the house of ISF leader Hasanur Sarkar. According to the complaint, Sarkar made derogatory remarks about the student’s father. When the teenager protested, the leader allegedly dragged him inside his house, locked the door, and thrashed him mercilessly.
Courage Over Trauma: The victim was rescued by neighbors and rushed to Baduria Rural Hospital. Fearing he would miss his career-defining board exams, his family brought him home in the early hours of the morning against medical advice. The student’s father alleged that the attack was a result of political grudge as he had switched from ISF to TMC.
The police have registered an FIR against Hasanur Sarkar, who is currently absconding. While the political blame game continues, the local community is hailing the student’s resilience in appearing for the exam despite the physical and mental ordeal.
