The Dragon-ISI Nexus Exposed! How Chinese CCTV is Helping Pakistan Spy on Indian Army

In a major threat to India’s national security, a sophisticated espionage ring has been busted involving the Pakistani ISI and Chinese surveillance technology. Investigations revealed that the ISI used the Chinese software platform ‘EseeCloud’ to monitor real-time Indian military movements and strategic assets across Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and J&K.
The Delhi Police Special Cell uncovered nine solar-powered SIM-based cameras strategically placed near sensitive defense installations and CAPF bases. These devices, manufactured by a Guangzhou-based firm, sent direct feeds to data centers in China, which were then accessed by handlers in Pakistan. The objective was chillingly precise: to map Indian defense infrastructure for accurate targeting in the event of a future conflict.
The operation was managed by an ISI handler alias ‘Captain Rana,’ utilizing sleeper cells across Dubai, Spain, and Germany. Under the pretext of monitoring truck movements for a transport business, these high-tech cameras were installed for just ₹15,000 each. Six individuals linked to the BKI-ISI module have been arrested. Authorities have now urged the armed forces to conduct immediate security audits of all surveillance equipment installed near strategic zones to mitigate further risks.
