‘IIT Baba’ Ties the Knot! Aerospace Engineer Turned Spiritual Guru Marries Bengaluru Techie

The internet’s famous ‘IIT Baba,’ known for his seamless blend of aerospace engineering and spiritual philosophy at the Mahakumbh, has officially entered domestic life. Abhay Singh, an IIT Bombay alumnus, married Pratika, a Bengaluru-based engineer, in a serene ceremony in Himachal Pradesh on February 15, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri.
Abhay, a native of Jhajjar, Haryana, made headlines worldwide when he was spotted at the Prayagraj Mahakumbh explaining spirituality in fluent English to international tourists. Despite having a stellar background in Aerospace Engineering and spending years exploring photography and fine arts in Mumbai, he chose a path of spiritual seeking. After a year-long relationship built on friendship and mutual respect, he and Pratika decided to embark on this new journey together.
Speaking about her life partner, Pratika described Abhay as a man of profound integrity and simplicity. Abhay continues to maintain that science and spirituality are deeply interconnected, believing that external scientific exploration eventually leads one to internal spiritual truths. The couple recently returned to Abhay’s ancestral home, marking the transition of this modern-day sage into a family man.
