In the footage circulating across social media platforms, Islam is seen delivering a highly provocative speech, allegedly urging people to take the law into their own hands. Investigators believe this specific video triggered the mob that attempted to assault seven judges and set government properties on fire.

Mofakkarul Islam, a lawyer by profession, was recently apprehended at Bagdogra Airport while attempting to flee to Nepal.
