‘TMC Senapati’ Abhishek Banerjee Hits the Streets! Mega Rally in Taldangra, Strategy Meet in Kanthi

With the election battle lines drawn, the Trinamool Congress has shifted into high gear with its top leadership leading a blitzkrieg campaign across West Bengal. On Thursday, TMC Chairperson Mamata Banerjee and General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee traversed multiple districts, intensifying their attack on the BJP and the Election Commission.

Mamata Banerjee, after concluding massive rallies in Murshidabad’s Sagardighi and Suti, headed towards Vaishnabnagar in Malda. Simultaneously, Abhishek Banerjee addressed a sea of supporters at Taldangra in Bankura. Speaking from the Bibarda College ground in support of candidate Phalguni Singhababu, Abhishek launched a direct offensive against the central government. He criticized the frequent shuffling of administrative and police officers, asserting that the people of Bengal would vote for development, not for the BJP’s “agency-driven tactics.”

The focus now shifts to Kanthi, where the ‘General of TMC’ is scheduled to chair a crucial electoral review meeting at a hotel in Ramnagar later this evening. This meeting is expected to finalize the party’s strategy for the Adhikari stronghold. As Mamata consolidates the base in North Bengal, Abhishek’s aggressive campaigning in the southern belts indicates a meticulously planned two-pronged offensive by the ruling party to secure a third consecutive term.
