Sara will be pocketing a handsome monthly rent of approximately ₹9 Lakhs for the property. The lease agreement has reportedly been signed for a duration of three years.

The property, located in the prestigious Veer Savarkar Enclave, was purchased by Sara and her mother, Amrita Singh, last year for an estimated ₹9 Crores. According to the documents, the rent will see a 5% escalation every year.
