“Undeclared President’s Rule in Bengal!” Mamata Banerjee Launches Scathing Attack on Modi-Shah

With the assembly polls drawing closer, TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee has accused the Center of imposing an “undeclared President’s Rule” in West Bengal. Speaking at a rally in Chandrakona, she claimed that fearing a defeat, PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah have stripped the state government of its powers from behind the scenes. Vowing to fight “inch by inch,” Mamata asserted that Bengal would not bow down to autocratic leadership.
The Chief Minister also dropped a bombshell regarding the voter list, alleging that legitimate residents are being replaced by outsiders from states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Rajasthan. She claimed that 30,000 names were illegally submitted to the Election Commission by the BJP just this Monday. Echoing her concerns, TMC National General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee directly challenged the Chief Electoral Officer, Manoj Agarwal. Abhishek dared the Commission to release CCTV footage of their office to prove that BJP workers didn’t bring in sacks full of ‘Form-6’ applications. This voter list controversy has now become the central flashpoint in the high-stakes Bengal election.
