- Short Trading Week: This is the first of two holidays this week, with the second one coming up on Friday, April 3, for Good Friday. Investors will have limited trading days to wrap up their positions.
- What Happens Tomorrow? Trading will resume on Wednesday, April 1, marking the start of the new financial year (2026-27). However, due to the annual bank closing, it will be a ‘Settlement Holiday.’ While you can buy and sell stocks, the actual transfer of funds and shares will only be processed on the next working day.
