SIR Supplementary List Out Tonight! Election Commission Confirms the Exact Time

In a major development for the upcoming 2026 Assembly elections, the West Bengal Chief Electoral Officer has confirmed that the Supplementary Voter List under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) will be published tonight, Monday, March 23. According to the Commission, the additional list is expected to be uploaded on the official website between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

This supplementary list is crucial for nearly 60 lakh voters whose names were kept “Under Adjudication” in the final roll released on February 28. The Commission official stated that the verified data has been sent to District Election Officers (DEOs) this evening. After the digital release tonight, physical copies of the list will be displayed at every polling booth and BDO office across the state starting tomorrow morning.

Voters can verify their inclusion by visiting the official portal ceowestbengal.wb.gov.in or through the ECINET mobile app. With the first phase of polling scheduled for April 23, this list serves as the final opportunity for many citizens to ensure their voting rights. For those whose names still do not appear in this supplementary roll, the Commission has directed them to approach the 19 specialized tribunals set up for urgent appeals.
