Is Your Name on the List? SIR First Supplementary Voter List to be Out Today; Check Here

In a significant development ahead of the 2026 Assembly elections, the West Bengal Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) is set to publish the first Supplementary Voter List under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process today, Monday, March 23. This list is crucial for the nearly 60 lakh voters whose names were marked “Under Adjudication” in the final roll released on February 28.
As per Election Commission sources, the supplementary list will be sent to District Election Officers (DEOs) by this evening. From there, copies will be distributed to every polling booth across the state. Voters can visit their respective local booths to verify their enrollment manually.
Steps to Check Your Name Online:
- Visit the official CEO West Bengal website: ceowestbengal.wb.gov.in.
- Click on the ‘Special Intensive Revision 2026’ tab.
- Select the link for ‘Supplementary List’ or ‘SIR Final Roll 2026’.
- Choose your district, assembly constituency, and part number (booth number) to download the PDF list.
- Alternatively, use the ECINET mobile app or the ECI’s national portal to search by EPIC number.
For those whose names are still missing from the supplementary list, the commission has established 19 specialized tribunals across the state to handle appeals. With the first phase of polling scheduled for April 23, it is vital for citizens to ensure their presence in the electoral roll. Today’s publication is a major step toward resolving the long-standing “under adjudication” status for lakhs of voters in the state.
