Huawei is reportedly planning a significant re-entry into the Indian consumer market with its latest tablet, the MatePad 11.5. Flipkart has already started teasing the device with the tagline “Handy All-rounder.” After being away since 2020, Huawei is looking to capture the mid-range segment that is currently dominated by Samsung and Xiaomi.

Why is it a Threat to Apple? While Apple holds a premium status, Huawei’s MatePad 11.5 offers high-end productivity features at nearly half the price.
