A shocking case of domestic violence has emerged from North Delhi’s Wazirabad area, where a woman allegedly attacked her boyfriend’s genitals with a sharp object. The victim, identified as Visarjit—a resident of Rampur, Uttar Pradesh—had been in a relationship with the accused, Amina Khatoon, for two years. While Visarjit claimed to be a doctor, police have described him as a ‘quack.’

According to the victim’s statement, he was visiting Amina at her home when she allegedly spiked his milk with a sedative on the night of February 25. Once he was semi-conscious, she reportedly attacked him. Police believe the motive for the brutal assault was the woman’s discovery that Visarjit was already married. The victim underwent surgery at Safdarjung Hospital, while a case has been registered under sections 118(2) and 123 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The accused remains at large, and police are currently conducting a search to apprehend her.
