Renowned editor and former Member of Parliament, Tarun Vijay, met Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Tuesday to present him with a copy of his newly published book, titled ‘Mantra Viplav’. Essence of the Book: ‘Mantra Viplav’ is a compilation of prose essays rooted in the profound principles of Vidur Niti from the Mahabharata era.
