In response to the alert, security has been significantly beefed up at Ranveer’s residence to ensure his safety.

The Bishnoi Syndicate Connection: This alarming development follows the midnight shooting incident outside filmmaker Rohit Shetty’s house on January 31. Investigations by the Mumbai Crime Branch recently revealed that Asaram Fasle, the arrested suspect in the Shetty case, had been operating as an operative for the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang for four years under the guise of a garage mechanic. Authorities are now investigating if the threat to Ranveer is part of a larger extortion racket run by the same syndicate.

Ongoing Police Investigation: Upon receiving the voice note, Ranveer Singh immediately notified the authorities. A specialized team is currently tracking the digital signature of the WhatsApp message to identify the sender. While five individuals have already been arrested in connection with the previous shooting incident, this fresh threat has put the entire industry on high alert.
