The West Bengal Artist Forum successfully concluded its landmark election, ushering in a new era of leadership and digitalization. Veteran actor Ranjit Mallick has been elected as the President, while superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee will serve as the Executive President.

This year, the Forum is focusing heavily on technology to bridge the gap between artists and production houses. A new mobile app has been launched featuring:

• Casting Corner: A free platform for members to find work by connecting with over 2,200 production houses.
• Members’ Corner: Artists can build professional portfolios for just ₹500.
• E-Shooting Diary: Digital logs for work records, removing the need for physical signatures.
• Online Grievance Redressal: Members can now file complaints and resolve issues directly through the app without visiting the office.
