389 Children for One Father! Logic-Defying Data Unearths Massive Voter List Fraud in Bengal

The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists in West Bengal has revealed a series of shocking anomalies, raising serious questions about the inclusion of illegal immigrants. The Election Commission (EC) has identified thousands of suspicious entries, including Manjurani Saha, who is registered as a voter in Barasat, West Bengal, as well as in Narayanganj, Bangladesh.
Absurd Family Data Sparks Outrage: During the “logical discrepancy” check, the EC found mind-boggling statistics. In Birbhum’s Nanoor, 389 individuals listed the same person as their father. Similar trends were seen in Howrah’s Sankrail (310 children for one father) and Murshidabad (199 children). Across the state, 8,682 people claimed to have more than 10 children. These unrealistic figures are being viewed as a desperate attempt by illegal settlers to use forged documents to secure voting rights.
The Crackdown on Illegal Residents: The EC is now coordinating with the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) to identify Bangladeshi nationals who entered India on medical or business visas but never returned. Investigations reveal that many have acquired Indian documents through middlemen to sneak into the electoral rolls. The Commission is now working at a frantic pace to purge these foreign nationals from the final list to ensure a fair election.
