How many rotis should be served on a plate at a time? Find out what happens if you serve three rotis

In Hinduism, many rules are followed while eating. One of these rules is not to serve three rotis on a plate at a time. There are both religious and scientific reasons behind this.
The number 3 is considered inauspicious in Hinduism.
The number 3 is avoided in many pujas and festivals. Therefore, it is said that three rotis or bhakri should never be served on a plate.
When a person dies, 3 rotis are served on a plate named after the deceased before his afterlife. Therefore, serving 3 rotis is considered food for the deceased and is prohibited.
According to some beliefs, if a person eats 3 rotis at a time, it is believed that he will have a tendency to quarrel with others.
From a scientific point of view, eating too much food at a time is not good for health. Therefore, it is recommended to eat small amounts of food. According to science, one bowl of dal, one bowl of vegetables, 50 grams of rice and two rotis are sufficient for a common man.
If more than the recommended amount is consumed, health problems may arise. Among the tridevs i.e. Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, Mahesh i.e. Lord Shankar is considered the destroyer. Hence the number 3 is associated with some degree of inauspiciousness.
This practice has been going on for ages, hence this rule is followed in many homes even today. For all these reasons, the practice of serving 3 rotis or bhakri at a time on a plate of food is completely avoided.
