Heat wave and rain in the mountains, know the weather condition

North India is facing severe heat and heat wave these days, while rain and snowfall has started in the hilly areas. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the temperature in Delhi-NCR may reach 42-44 degrees Celsius today, along with dusty winds at a speed of 20-30 km / h. Meteorologist Kuldeep Srivastava said, “The heat wave in Delhi may continue for the next few days, so people should be cautious.” Red alert is also issued in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, where the temperature may reach 45 degrees in cities like Gwalior, Bhopal and Jodhpur.
At the same time, the weather in eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar is going to give relief. Moderate rain with thunder is expected in the eastern districts of Bihar, and the IMD has issued a yellow alert for Jharkhand cities like Ranchi, Jamshedpur. Local resident Ramesh Kumar said, “The rain brought some relief from the heat, but the humidity is still bothering.” Heat wave will continue in the dry areas of western UP and Rajasthan, affecting normal life.
Due to western disturbance in the hilly states, snowfall may occur in the high altitude areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand and light to moderate rain in the lower areas. This seasonal change is attracting tourists, but the local administration has issued a warning regarding road safety. This dual nature of the weather has brought both challenges and relief in different parts of the country.
